"Great location. Walking distance from Gare du Nord and bang on in the middle of buzzling Canal St Martin. Its clean and spacious ( for Paris standards). Great for groups of 4 (or more if you don’t mind sharing beds)"

"The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great, close to metro stations which took us to all the major sights, and also close to so many shops, bakeries, restaurants. The flat was comfortable and we had enough space. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking space. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The hosts were nice and responsive to our questions."

"We were a bit concerned about two of the showers being in the bedrooms, which didn't have any extra ventilation installed aside from opening windows. The upstairs had a bit of a stale odour when we arrived but we were able to ventilate that out by opening windows. Also, one bedroom has only an internal window so it got a bit stuffy in there. Kitchen did not have a microwave, nor basic cooking items like oil, salt and pepper (which would be handy in a rental like this). I don't know if it was a mistake, but we were given hand towels for showering. We made it work, but it was unexpected. There could also be more instructions for recycling, as we weren't quite sure how to sort things."

"El apartamento es un dúplex muy amplio, confortable y limpio. Nosotros éramos 8. En la planta baja hay una habitación de matrimonio y un sofá cama también de matrimonio, cuarto de baño y cocina completa con lavadora-secadora y lavavajillas. En la planta de arriba hay dos habitaciones de matrimonio con dos duchas. La cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. Había bastante ropa de cama y toallas. Hay televisor y wifi. Es un barrio muy tranquilo con tiendas, bares, restaurantes y panadería cerca. Hay una estación de metro en la esquina que comunica muy bien todo Paris. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente. Las instrucciones para el check-in muy claras, fue muy fácil. Lo recomiendo."

"Prima communicatie met host. Mooi appartement in leuke wijk. Leuke restaurants in directe omgeving evenals bakkers en supermarkt. Vlakbij de Metro. Alle bezienswaardigheden snel te bereiken. Appartement op begane grond. 3 slaapkamers, 3 douches (waarvan 1 in bad) alle benodigdheden, bestek, glazen,borden, kommen, handdoeken, zeep en Shampoo ruim voorradig. Geen borg ingehouden. Goede begeleiding bij inchecken. Dit ging zeer gemakkelijk. Aanbevelenswaardig."
